The helpful staff was readily available whenever we needed assistance, especially at the tour desk, where we received great suggestions for local attractions. Our kids loved the free WiFi throughout the property - a lifesaver for keeping them entertained in the evenings! Room service was efficient; when we requested a late-night snack, it arrived quickly and with a smile. The hotel's location made it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions without much hassle. While it may not be the most luxurious option, Queens Mount definitely caters to family needs, providing a comforting base for exploring and creating memories together. We left with fond memories and would consider returning.
